Advantages:

Нас заселили вовремя. Объявление соответствует информации на сайте. Арендодатель приветливый и своевременно отвечал на наши звонки. Дом расположен на холмистой местности. До центра минут 5 пешком. Когда добираешь до моря, то путь пролегает через парк. В дневное время в парке можно укрыться от жары.

Disadvantages:

До моря 10-15 минут пешком.
