Двух этажного гостевого дома, с отдельным входом .Вся мебель есть, двуспальная кровать, кухня с полным набором всех необходимых принадлежностей, душ, санузел, балкон с которого открывается шикарный вид на море и на большую часть южного побережья, интернет tv, wi-fi, кондиционер, двор с беседкой, мангал, барбекю. Есть возможность установки дополнительной кровати. До моря пешком около 30 мин. Ходьбы, половину этого пути проходит через парк воронцовского дворца, до ближайшего магазина 5 минут, до центра города где расположены все магазины, супермаркет, рынок, кафе, аптеки и т. д. 15 минут ходьбы. По всем вопросам пишите.
