Уютный однокомнатный экологичный деревянный сруб (первый этаж – гараж, второй - жилой) находится в тихом уютном месте, скрытом от суеты и шума среди зелени кипарисов, дубов по ул. Ленина. Имеет свою небольшую закрытую зеленую территорию. Территория бассеина находится в 10 метрах , рассчитана на 5 номеров
В доме большая светлая комната с витражными окнами на всю высоту стены, балкон, оплетенный белой вьющейся розой. Вся мебель выполнена из дерева. Есть также каб. ТВ, кондиционер, wi-fi, санузел, горячая вода - круглосуточно. Кухня – по евро-стандарту: холодильник, чайник, микроволновка, вся необходимая посуда. есть мультиварка , плиты нет.
До Воронцовского парка 7 минут. До ближайшего пляжа "черный бугор" 5-7 минут через парк. Остановка транспорта, магазины, кафе 5 минут.
