Сдаю 2 комнаты в частном доме который имеет два входа, в одной половине живет хозяин, другая половина для гостей. Комнаты предназначены на 4 человек. Санузел современный с горячей и холодной водой находиться во дворе.Кухня так же во дворе- отдельно стоящее здание. Над кухней уютная виноградная беседка с видом на море.
Также мы предлагаем:
постельное белье(4 комплекта), набор полотенец на каждого, душ, гор./хол. вода круглосуточно, спутниковое ТВ, интернет WI-FI, кухню с большим холодильником, набор посуды в большом количестве, газ. плиту, электрочайник, мангал и шампура, а так же большую виноградную беседку с видом на море. Машину можно припарковать рядом с домом на проезжей части с односторонним движением, или на платную парковку. Рядом находятся Воронцовский парк с дворцом(5-7 мин.), дегустационный зал Массандра, канатная дорога Мисхор, Ай-Петри, Ливадийский дворец, Ласточкино гнездо, Ялта (центр) на маршрутке 25 мин., Симеиз- Аквапарк 20 мин. Пляжи на выбор санаторий "МО" , городской (бесплатный),детский пляж, пляж "Лазурный берег".
