Advantages:

Уютная студия с верандой. Есть все необходимое. Мини кухонька с посудой, хорошая душевая, стиральная машина и что важно в жару - кондей. С веранды красивый вид на сад и на море. Вай фай, не супер быстрый, но стабильный. До моря пять минут по лестнице. Рядом два пляжа. В шаговой доступности магазины, столовая, кафе и автобусная остановка. До Воронцовского парка можно дойти пешком. Отзывчивые хозяева, все расскажут и объяснят. Мы с мужем довольны местом.
