Advantages:

Вцелом хорошее место для отдыха, близко к морю и парку, есть где покушать рядом и погулять. Персонал отзывчивый, всегда идёт навстречу.

Disadvantages:

Заметно, что в отеле не хватает технического персонала. Ремонт свежий, однако уже есть недочёты. Сломанные петли в шкафу, неизвестные провода торчат из стены, не работает вытяжная вентиляция в номере и тому подобное. То есть на 90 % отель в порядке, но требует ухода и внимания.
